A part of Tango that is most subtle, not viewable from the outside. Because only sensitive dancers have the patience for the detail, they are able to identify and sense the suburb feelings underlayer. Tango meditation is magic, it is chicken soup for the soul.
A soft contact with our heart chakras and syncronized motion to the music. Ladies close their eyes and look inside….Voila! And Tango meditation is born.
Repetition of simple step combinations, which does not need much attention will help leaders to become sensitive dancers, to feel the connection and the meditative effect.

Does Tango has similarities with Meditation?
It is simple and very natural. Forget about figures and dramatic poses. Keep the dance easy to be controlled by intuition and routine. Let the music guide you. Feel your partner in your heart chakra.
While you keep moving in circles and lines, you will interpret the music according to rhythmic and melody. In addition, you use musical pauses to remain, adjust the embrace, take a deep breath and listen to your partner with even more attention.
All concentration is to the connection to our partner and the music.
It is up to you which focus you will intensify, to your partner or to the music, this is your choice… both feel terrific.
Breathe in slowly, breathe out slowly. Try to catch these moments together. As a result, you will sense the bliss in this meditative state within.
Tango meditation is magic.
In my holistic tango retreat we will learn a lot about our patience, tolerance, confidence and physical abilities. Tango meditation will teach us to listen with our body and to accept our own flaws and mistakes. Finally, we will know where we stand, something we like to skip usually, not giving importance.
