Profound connection with your partner.

In today’s hectic lifestyle, relationship problems are often played down under the surface. Overload of work, money issues, problems with the kids are nagging on our wellbeing. Furthermore, they influence our relationship in the couple as well. The partner often serves as a valve for accumulated stress. In conclusion, this  is leading to a lack of respect, responsibility and patience for the partner. Symptoms are often played down until the “big bang” happens. Find profound connection with your partner now. 

With Tango Meditation you will witness acceptance, love and wellbeing. My teaching is beneficial in finding profound connection  in and outside the dance floor, in a most relaxed way. The holistic tango retreat is ​suitable for all couples, who are seeking  for  a better communication and connection.

How to find profound connection with your partner?

My approach to the respect and patience is simple. The remedy I am using, are not strategies, promises and rules. My perfect remedy starts with a simple hug.

A soft, yet protective embrace will result into a very first energy exchange through your heart chacra.

While this will beam you into a journey of total relaxation paired with mindfulness, you will find serenity in the embrace. Simple movements to calming music will keep your heart pounding while reaching  a meditative state of bliss. You will  sense the energy of the other person and encounter your partner with respect and awareness.

Hugging meditation is a practice of mindfulness. Please find a quote of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh:

“Breathing in, I know my dear one is in my arms, alive. Breathing out, she is so precious to me.” If you breathe deeply like that, holding the person you love, the energy of care, love, and mindfulness will penetrate into that person.  She will be nourished and bloom like a flower.”

This playful, yet intense communication practice will built up resposibility, respect and patience.

​Both partners are taught to give 100% of their presence and consciousness in their specific roles.

The leader senses the consequences on each step, each moment  he leads and learns to take every decision with responsibility.

No words are spoken, the students feeling respect and patience to eachother  allowing  the couple  perceive simply all needs for eachother.   

The follower learns to wait with closed eyes, ready to let go in devotion. Leaving all decision making to the leader, she will sense intensively every move.  The couple learns to control their own axis with groundness and confidence.

Leader and follower  will not use each other as support, while they are on individual axis.  Both will learn to be independent and build up responsibility for themselves and the partner.

The couple  will understand to support each other, while they share one axis. We practice both specific roles, later exchanging with each other.

​In Tango Meditation you discover a new hobby and develop personal growth.

Seeking an alternative way of reducing stress from daily life and overcome relationship problems will lead to personal growth. Respect and understanding will allow men and women to develop emotional openess for eachother.

This is the foundation to avoid or overcome  relationship problems. These openess, understanding with responsibility, respect and patience, represented in each role, conclude into profound connection with your partner.
